1. Acceptance of Terms

By using PostFlow AI, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. Service Description

PostFlow AI provides AI-powered blog post generation. You provide input (titles, keywords, settings) and receive generated content. The quality and accuracy of generated content may vary and should be reviewed before publication.

3. Your Content

You own all content you generate with PostFlow AI. We do not claim ownership of your generated posts. You are responsible for reviewing content for accuracy before publishing.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use PostFlow AI to generate spam, illegal content, content that infringes on third-party rights, or content intended to deceive. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Billing and Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly. The 7-day free trial begins when you start a subscription. You can cancel at any time — your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months except where required by law.

6. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services (Supabase, Vercel, Google Gemini API).

7. Limitation of Liability

PostFlow AI is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding any claim.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
